Tax & Revenue | Interest Calculating Incorrectly
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Data remediation will be completed to revert the most recent Penalties & Interest run. Re-running the Penalties & Interest process, should correct any affected charges.

Update - A release is planned for Thursday, May 7th, 2026 at 9:00 PM-11:00 PM PST that includes code changes to address the Penalties & Interest calculations. Following the release data remediation will be completed to revert the most recent Penalties & Interest run. Once complete, we will notify you to re-run your Penalties & Interest process, which should correct any affected charges.
